Portfolio Manager at Dorado Software Group
Jenny Tcharnaia is an accomplished entrepreneur, software acquirer, and impact investor, currently serving as the Portfolio Manager of Dorado Software Group. From 2022 to 2024, she served as President of NedGraphics and Aquario (now part of NedGraphics) and later as Interim CEO of Optitex in 2024, where she successfully advanced leadership development, optimized go-to-market strategies, and drove sustained organic growth.
Jenny joined Constellation Software in 2018 to lead a corporate development and M&A team, where she executed transactions across multiple industries. In 2010, she co-founded triMirror, a 3D fashion visualization and real-time cloth simulation company, and continues to advise the triMirror team alongside several impact focused startups and non-profit organizations. She began her career in mergers and acquisitions at Ernst & Young in 2008. Jenny holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and is a CFA Charterholder.
Manager of Corporate Development
Joseph Sabati brings experience across customer retention, M&A advisory, and corporate development, with a focus on supporting founder led software companies. He began his career at a Fortune 100 telecom provider, driving retention and growth initiatives that strengthened key accounts and improved business performance at scale.
In 2022, Joseph joined Constellation Software’s Volaris Group, where he supported the strategy and corporate development team in evaluating and engaging vertical market software businesses across diverse industries. He later advanced into M&A origination and advisory at a leading buy-side investment bank, executing mandates with private equity and strategic acquirers to build pipelines and evaluate opportunities across a broad range of software industries.
Beyond his professional work, Joseph has held leadership roles in charity groups and clubs, applying his skills in finance and strategy to strengthen organizations and deliver impact.
Joseph holds a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies from Western University, specializing in Consumer Behaviour and Psychology.
Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions
Cameron Fortier is the Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions at FOG Software, where he leads M&A strategy and execution for Dorado Software Group. He brings extensive experience in corporate development and equity research, having previously worked with leading firms in Toronto and Montreal.
Based in the Toronto area, Cameron enjoys skiing and spending time with his wife.
Vice President of Human Resources
Evelyn Ackley brings extensive global experience in HR and people operations, specializing in building scalable HR infrastructures and aligning people strategies with organizational goals. With a proven track record across the Americas, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM, Evelyn has led international teams through complex initiatives, including HR system implementations, Total Rewards strategies, global compliance, M&A integration, talent acquisition, and leadership development.
Throughout her career, Evelyn has focused on driving organizational growth and fostering a people first culture by establishing the structure, clarity, and systems necessary for long-term success. Her leadership enables companies to navigate periods of transformation while ensuring alignment between business objectives and employee engagement.
Vice President of Marketing
Slavena Kiryakova brings two decades of progressive marketing expertise gained from her tenure with esteemed international companies across Europe and North America. She specializes in merging data analytics with creative marketing to drive growth, enhance brand recognition, and improve customer engagement. Since May 2021, she has led diverse marketing teams at Constellation Software, demonstrating her adept leadership. Her educational background is well rounded, with degrees in Textile Engineering and Public Administration from a top European technical university, and a Commerce degree focusing on Marketing and Data Intelligence from Concordia University, Canada. She also holds a SAS certification in data mining and business analytics.
Slavena’s approach to marketing combines technical skill with creative insight, fostering innovation and precision in strategy execution. At NedGraphics, her leadership is shaping a forward thinking marketing landscape that leverages data insights for impactful storytelling.
Director of Finance
Jameson Glosnek brings over 12 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting. A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Jameson began his career in public accounting with BDO and PwC before moving into the software sector at Moneris, Canada’s largest payment processor. For the past six years, he has been part of Constellation Software Inc., where he currently leads the finance function for the Dorado Software Group. In this role, Jameson leverages his strong analytical and leadership skills to navigate complex financial environments, support strategic decision-making, and drive sustainable business performance across the group.
Vice President of Operations
Albert Vilar Mateu brings over 20 years of leadership experience in global operations and project management, driving complex business initiatives to success. Throughout his career, he has led high performing teams and enterprisewide business units, demonstrating expertise in process management, operations, and strategic execution. Albert has been recognized by leaders, clients, and peers for his ability to mitigate risk, streamline operations, and balance financial performance with exceptional employee and customer experiences. His track record of optimizing teams and advancing business strategies has made a lasting impact on the organizations he has served.

Frank Maeder, boasting a 20 year tenure in the graphic technology industry, brings a wealth of expertise to the President position. Throughout his career, he has held key managerial roles at industry leading firms, including Creo, Eastman Kodak, X-Rite Pantone, and Epson Europe. Across Frank’s professional journey, he has demonstrated enthusiasm and talent for launching and expanding initiatives, guiding them towards enduring success, and fostering remarkable growth in new projects and products.
